LPGA Qualifying Tournament
I am back in Venice, Florida for Qualifying (formerly “Stage II”) for the 2026 LPGA season. You can read about how I got here in my last post, which summarizes my 2025 season.
I am excited to be here! The sun is shining and there are no hurricanes in the forecast, unlike the last two times I was here (2024 and 2022). I feel comfortable on the courses and my dad is on the bag.
There are 197 competitors in the field this week. The top 45 plus ties will advance to Q-Series (aka Stage III.) The tournament consists of 72 holes over four days on two different courses at Plantation Golf and Country Club – Bobcat and Panther.
I tee off tomorrow at 8:44 a.m. (eastern daylight time) on #10 on the Panther course. You can follow my round here.
