A hole-in-one during tournament play!

Ellie hole in 1

During the second round at the Hartford Healthcare Women’s Championship at Great River Golf Club in Milford, CT, I holed out my tee shot on the par 3 11th hole from 147 yards with my 7 iron.

A T18 finish in the Colorado Open

A fun and successful fundraiser

hosted at Salemtowne, by two of my biggest supporters, Curt and Sharon May.

Having my family present for six of my tournaments.

My parents came out to Florida and Michigan, and my entire family was at my qualifier for the US Women’s Open, Wildhorse in Pendleton and and Stage I of Q-school. My dad caddied in Florida and Michigan and my brother was on the bag at the US Women’s Open Qualifier, Pendleton and during the 112 degree heat of Stage I.

Wonderfully supportive sponsors

A huge thank you to Thompson Law, Seamus Golf, Bandon Dunes, The Grain Station and Sparc Fire Protection for their financial support. Before the Wildhorse tournament in Pendleton tournament, Seamus also outfitted me with some beautiful Pendleton wool headcovers, allowing me to rep my native Oregonian roots.

Amazing support from my fans!

Many of you came to watch my tournaments, let me stay with you, contributed financially, sent me notes and followed my progress online.  I can’t tell you how much your love and encouragement means to me and I could definitely feel you cheering me on throughout the season.
